Many of our customers who leave their boats on the hard for the hurricane season, or any extended time, request a shrink wrap covering to help protect their boats from the elements and in particular the harsh UV rays of the sun. These covers also help to preserve teak decks and bright work. For major refits, we can also accommodate you with a shrink wrap shed over your boat.

custom build anything from fibreglass boxes, hatches and dinghies to high
performance boats such as the Phantom.

Peake Yacht Services is highly experienced in recommending and applying antifouling not only to cruising boats but to workboats, which are forced to operate in some of the most polluted waters of the world. Sea Hawk paint is the brand preferred and sold by Peake Yacht Services. We are also the only certified applicators of the Sea Hawk brand of paint in Trinidad.

Fibreglass boats often require blister-work to be carried out. This is a service offered by Peake Yacht Services. Drying out time for the hull can be reduced by tenting and dehumidification. Dehumidifiers are available for purchase at the Thomas Peake Chandlery. Peake Yacht Services prefers West Systems Epoxy products, however has experience in the use of other manufacturers’ products and offers owners a full choice.

Peake Yacht Services are suppliers of Awlgrip paints and products. We have over 20 years experience with painting boats and over the years have painted from ten foot dinghies to 110 foot mega yachts.

We supply the service of high powered pressure washing upon haul out with the Travelift. This means you are placed in the yard with a bottom free of barnacles and marine growth, and ensures a clean and pleasant environment.

Peake will wash, compound and wax your deck and topsides, and polish stainless steel to suit your needs. You can be assured of a professional job with a “squeaky clean” or ‘’shiny new” boat.
